In particular, this change will directly affect the official IP fees, including the fees for filing patent and trademark applications and other procedures before the Uzbek Patent Office.
As a result, starting from August 1, 2025, the cost of most administrative and legal procedures related to entrepreneurial activity and the legal protection of intellectual property, including patent fees, trademark registration, and IP-related services will increase.
