The Interregional Public Association for the Promotion of the Activity of Patent Attorneys “Chamber of Patent Attorneys”

By invitation of the Interregional Public Association for the Promotion of the Activity of Patent Attorneys “Chamber of Patent Attorneys” IPR GROUP attorneys took part in the research and practice conference on the Problems of protection of patent rights and means of individualization.
More than 100 lawyers and patent attorneys from Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany have gathered in the Moscow suburban recreation center “Zarya” (“Dawn”) to discuss topical issues which are faced by patent attorneys.
The four-day conference saw more than twenty presentations on a wide range of issues in the field of intellectual property rights. The information provided by the speakers generated considerable interest and sparked lively discussions among the attendees.
The IPR GROUP representative made a presentation on peculiarities of filing and examination of PCT applications in Ukraine.
The conference program featured a round table discussion on the establishment of the fact of use of the invention (utility model).
Apart from formal meetings, the participants had an opportunity to continue their dialogue with the speakers in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
