In the process of rights protection of large Polish enterprise Wytwórnia Chemiczna DRAGON Kazimierz Czekaj specialized in chemical production, there was a counterfeit producing workshop disclosed. The Notice of Infringement was filed. Also there was the Damage Assessment conducted. The criminal case was commenced against the infringer and the inquest is being hold. Prosecution will be continued at trial.
