Anna joined the IPR Group in 2019 as a Trademark Counsel.
As a qualified specialist, she provides assistance in all trademark related matters.
Her routine assignments include providing legal opinions on trademark search reports on behalf of clients from various industries; daily monitoring of examination stages for trademark applications up to certificate issuing; paying close attention to renewal dates and kindly alerting clients in case of delayed instructions, in view of upcoming deadlines.
Having excellent analytical skills and dedication to her work, Anna has expertly advised on a number of strategies for overcoming provisional refusals issued by the examination of national Trademark Offices for international registrations, designated to jurisdictions of CIS countries.
Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Taras Shevchenko University, and received a master’s degree, specializing in the protection of intellectual property rights from the Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. She also graduated from Kiev National Linguistic University as a certified philologist of the English language.
As for hobbies, Anna enjoys traveling, live music concerts and reading.
