Max joined IPR Group in August 2017 and began his career focusing on the administration of client databases, preparation of documents for filing with the Intellectual Property Office, annuity monitoring, and deadline tracking. Over time, he has expanded his responsibilities to include full-cycle support of IP filings, drafting and submission of responses to Office Actions.
Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Telecommunications (2018) and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Management from the Kyiv Institute of Intellectual Property and Law at the National University “Odessa Law Academy” (2022). He also earned a Junior Specialist diploma with honours in Software Development from the Taras Shevchenko Optico-Mechanical College in Kyiv (2014).
Before focusing on intellectual property, Max built a strong technical foundation in software development, which provided him with a structured approach to problem-solving and experience working with complex information systems. This technical background, combined with his education in intellectual property management, enables him to effectively support clients across various stages of the intellectual property lifecycle.
With his growing expertise in IP procedures and his engineering-oriented mindset, Max provides reliable operational support in the protection of inventions, utility models, and industrial designs. He plays an important role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in IP administration processes within the team.
Max is passionate about continuous professional development in the field of intellectual property and takes pride in contributing to the effective protection and management of clients’ innovations.
His hobbies include spending free time with his friends, playing logic games and volleyball.
