Tatiana advises national and international clients on trademark filing, prosecution and enforcement, domain names infringements, unfair competition, assignments, licensing, validity/cancellation options.
She accumulated substantial experience in consulting, filing and prosecuting trademarks in different countries like Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Belarus and Russia. On a constantly basis she deals with overcoming provisional refusals, filing opposition for international trademarks filed under the Madrid system, as well as with national trademarks in particular country. She also assist in resolving domain and other IP disputes.
Over more than two decades career Tatiana gathered extensive experience in international business development and contracting law. She experienced in full range of international business activities — from establishing a company to business and marketing development, increasing corporate sales, commerce contracts and licensing issues — and provided services to both large companies and to SMEs.

She joined the IPR Group in 2000 on a part-time basis to provide consultation in contractual, licensing and franchising cases, mostly focused on international clients. In 2015 becomes a head of licensing department.
Tatiana graduated from Economics and Management faculty of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, and obtained Master Degree in Economics, Project Management and Consulting. She was upskilled at Internship programs at Brown University (USA), London Centre of International Economics and Management (UK), TACIS Agency for the Development of Enterprises. She lectured at the Higher School of Business (Poland).
Tatiana is an Associate Professor and holds Ph.D. in International Economics and Master Degree in Intellectual Property Protection. She is a Member of the INTA, the UNION IP, the National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of International Economists.
She is also a Senior Expert/Deputy Director of the Institute for International Business Development (IIBD), specializing on consulting for business development and finance, external resources management.
Her wide experience in the field of business and financial planning, investment projects, financial, marketing and economic analysis and consulting allowed her to be involved as a local expert in numerous projects and programs of international organizations (EU, UNDP, World Bank, USAID, the Know-How Foundation, etc.) and to implement a number of analytical projects with experts from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland.
Has published more than 50 articles, monographs and textbooks on the issues related to international economic relations and finance, technical assistance and development of SMEs, intellectual property rights protection.
