Recordal of change of name or address for Trademarks in Georgia
The following information and documents are required for Recordal of Change in Name or Address:
- POA with the new name/address.
- Documents confirming the change of the company name/address, i.e. where the company name/address mentioned in the Registration Certificate and the present one are indicated. This could be a company charter where such amendments are reflected or an Extract from the Trade Register. The documents should be filed in original or a notarized copy of the documents could be filed as well. If the documents are implemented in any language other than English or Russian, we would need the English or Russian translation.
- Payment of relevant official fees.
