Recordal of change of name or address for Trademarks in Moldova
The following information and documents are required for Recordal of Change of Name or Address:
- POA with the new name.
- Documents confirming the change of the company address/name, i.e. where the company address/name is mentioned in the Registration Certificate and the present one is indicated. This could be a company charter where such amendments are reflected or an Extract from the Trade Register. The documents should be filed in original or a notarized copy of the documents could be filed as well.
- If the documents are implemented in any language other than English or Russian, we would need the English or Russian translation.
- Payment of relevant official fees.
