Recordal of change of name or address for Trademarks in Turkmenistan
Required Documents:
- POA with the new holder’s name/address;
- Copy of the Certificate of Registration;
- Documents confirming the change of the company name/address, i.e. where the company name/address is mentioned in the Registration Certificate and the present one is indicated. This could be a company charter where such amendments are reflected or an Extract from the Trade Register. The documents should be filed in original or a notarized copy of the documents could be filed as well. If the documents are implemented in any language other than English, we would need the English translation.
- Payment of relevant official fees.
The regular time frame of recordal of changes is 3 months.
