The IPR Group Moscow office, was pleased to host our dear friend Simone Bongiovanni, Partner and Managing Director of Studio Torta S,p.A., Italy on the 10th of October, 2018. Simone very graciously gave an excellent presentation on the “Ways to Expedite the Grant Procedure at the EPO.” This information further updated our expertise in the field of patents, and was altogether very educative.
Aspects covered by the presentation included: early certainty at the EPO, most effective tools to accelerate and shorten the procedure, as well as common pitfalls.
Attending alongside Simone was Elisa Tricherri, a European and Italian Trademark and Design Attorney of Studio Torta, who shared her experience and view on trademark matters.
The day ended with a stop at the Bolshoy theatre, where we enjoyed a lovely performance. We thank Mr. Simone Bongiovanni and Ms. Elisa Tricherri for the extensive time spent together, and welcome every opportunity to continue our mutual initiatives in many more meetings.
