On March 31, 2021, IPR Group team conducted a live webinar “Trademarks in the fashion industry (CIS practice)” intended for IP practitioners, trademark attorneys, in-house counsels practicing with fashion brands.
During the webinar trademark counsels Alyona Chernoknyzhnaya and Nikolay Burak outlined some peculiarities of trademark examination in the CIS countries and shared remarkable trademark cases from our practice.
The overall objective of this webinar is to give an introduction of the trademark examination procedure and provide an overall knowledge of legal options for successful overcoming of the provisional refusals for fashion trademarks in the CIS countries.
